INTRODUCTION

This privacy policy for Enterprise Blockchain Labs dba Infinfty (“Infinfty,” “Company,” “we,” “us” or “our”) describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share your information when you access or use our website, www.toinfinfty.com (the "Site"), as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or any application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (the “Apps”), and any products and services provided by us (together with the Site and Apps, collectively the "Services").

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register for an account to access our Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us, or otherwise contact us. When you create an account with use, we will collect your first name, last name, and email address for the purposes of creating a profile and/or account login information and allowing you access to our Services. 

We do not process sensitive personal information such as your social security number, driver’s license information, financial account information, health information, and other similar data.

Some information – such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics – is collected automatically when you visit, use, or navigate our Site and/or use our Services. 

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Site. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Site, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

We use Personal Information collected via our Site and/or in the course of providing our Services for a variety of business purposes described below. • To post testimonials. We post testimonials on our Apps that may contain Personal Information.

Examples include: data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service and marketing efforts. This information may be used to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content and better understand online activity. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners, or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.

• Business Partners. We may share your information with our business partners to offer you certain products, services, or promotions. 

• With Your Consent. We may disclose your personal information for any other purpose with your consent.

WHAT IS OUR STANCE ON THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES?

Our Services may link to other websites and internet resources, or incorporate third-party tools, services, APIs, SDKs, and widgets that are not owned, operated or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with these third-party providers who advertise or are otherwise linked, but are not affiliated with, our Site. 

We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services or applications that may be linked to or from our Site. You should review the policies of such third parties and contact them directly to respond to your questions.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION? 

We will only keep your Personal Information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). 

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your Personal Information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your Personal Information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE? 

We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures. 

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Information, transmission of Personal Information to and from our Site and/or our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment. 

DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS? 

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. 

By using the Site and/or our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Site and/or our Services. If we learn that Personal Information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS? 

Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information. 

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Acts, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. The CCPA also permits our users who are California residents to delete any personal information we have about them.

DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS POLICY?

Yes, we will update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification.
